How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online by selecting one of our
treatments from the Treatment Menu.  Select your desired treatment, click on BOOK NOW (you will then be transferred to
Treatwell), choose your appointment time.  Checkout to complete your booking.

Can I make an appointments over the phone?

Yes of course, please call us directly on 020 8016 6063.

At Opatra Clinic, Borehamwood, we operate on an appointment-only basis for all our treatments.  In order to secure your appointment and ensure our commitment to providing you with exceptional service, we require a deposit for all treatments.

By requesting a deposit, we aim to maintain our schedule and allocate our resources efficiently,
allowing us to offer timely and personalised care to each client. The deposit serves as a commitment from both parties and helps us manage our appointment calendar effectively.

The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of treatment you have booked and the length of the treatment, this will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

No appointment can be held unless a deposit has been received. 

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than the 48-hour window prior to the scheduled appointment time. However, if you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice we will gladly transfer your deposit to a new appointment time.  We will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits your needs.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in adhering to our deposit policy. It allows us to maintain a high level of service and ensure that each client receives the
attention they deserve.

What should I bring with me at the clinic?

Prior attending to the clinic, make sure you have your booking number ready. Please try to arrive at your given treatment time. All
appointments are carefully scheduled to give our clients the best possible experience.  If you arrive early for your appointment, we may be in treatment with another client and therefore, be
unable to answer the door.  Please return at your given appointment time.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to
accommodate our customers' needs as best as we can. However, Opatra Clinic operates by on a ‘by appointment only’ basis, meaning if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment time, we will be
unlikely to fill your booking.  Therefore, we have implemented the following 48-hour cancellation policy:

All bookings made with Opatra Clinic, Borehamwood receive a
booking confirmation via text message and email through Treatwell, when the booking is made. All bookings receive ‘reminder’ messages from Treatwell at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Timeframe: If you need to cancel or reschedule your
reservation, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

How to cancel/reschedule your booking: To cancel your
reservation, please contact our customer service team via phone (020 8016 6063), email (info@opatraclinic.com), or through your Treatwell booking.  We will acknowledge your cancellation request and provide further instructions if necessary.

Cancellations made prior to the 48-hour timeframe: Will not
incur any charges or fees. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, your original deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours
before the scheduled appointment will incur the loss of your original deposit.  If you wish to rebook/reschedule your appointment you will have to pay another deposit to secure your appointment with us. We reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the treatment, in advance to secure your rescheduled booking.

No-Shows: If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not
show up for the treatment, you will be considered a "no-show." In
such cases, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the service if you want to rebook, including another deposit.

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can
arise, such as emergencies or sudden illness. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible (020 8016 6063) to discuss alternative arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Please note that this cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all our customers and maintain the efficiency of our
operations. By making an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept the
terms of this cancellation policy.

What payments do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including AMEX. We do accept cash however, we do not keep cash on the premises so we are unable to give change.
